"Mold. They didn’t paint or even clean the bathroom walls or shower before I moved in. There were bedbugs & cockroaches which I had to handle. They had an exterminator come out that did nothing. The rent has gone up 150 since being here because they put in a new ac but it still isn’t central so the living room is loud and fine but the other two rooms and bathroom get zero air flow. There’s still mold growing in the cabinets, on the walls, everywhere. Stop raising rent this is not right"

"I wish I could give this 0 stars honestly. I lived here from 2019-2023 and honestly, the only reason I stayed so long is because my rent was cheap. But, that changed as soon as they got new managers. The managers are rude, they lie, and they are not willing to help with things that are wrong. There are roaches that i KNOW of and I know several of my neighbors had bedbugs. They do not spray, they do not care about the place at all. It's not quiet, I witnessed multiple HARD drug deals. They are not clean, not well-kept. From 2019 the end of 2020 was great but as soon as new management took over, it went downhill. ALSO, be prepared to have your end bill sent straight to collections and not you. Even though, I was told when I signed my papers I didn't owe anything."

"You get what you pay for, cheap bug infested apartments and management that's never in office/is unwilling to help. It's in a good location tho so at least it has that going for it"

"I know someone who lives here and the rent is reasonable but when she needed a maintenance person, she found that there is no maintenance on site so had to have it fixed herself. The plus is that it's close to town and the hospital."

"Great place to live! Very quiet and very responsible staff running the place! They have a new maintenance technician who reponds very quickly and seems to know exactly what he's doing! The office staff are very nice informative and kind people! The grounds stay very clean! The new heating and air units work great! The location couldn't be better very close to everything! Highly recommend renting a apartment here!"
