"I left for approximately an hour yesterday and the office lady let herself in to my apartment without saying a word to me to “leave a letter INSIDE MY APARTMENT” yes you read that correctly. Not on the clip outside each door specifically for communication from the office, inside my apartment. The door was locked so she just decided to let herself in. The most appalling part was that when I confronted her about it and let her know that was illegal and not okay, she had the nerve to argue with me about why she can and got an attitude with me. You are opening up your employer to legal trouble by not knowing the very simple and direct tenant laws that DIRECTLY apply to your job functions and I would recommend that you brush up on AR tenant rights."

"Ive lived in this apartment complex for over a year this is my experience. The landlord doesn't enforce the rules. In my contract I can only have one car but many people have more than one car at a time why is this the landlord said she cant do anything about it. If you want to rent a one bedroom and invite friends to live with you the landlord is fine with this going on at the apartment complex and if you have a disability and need a parking place infont of your apartment expect to a have fight on your hands she will not enforce it and there is no handicapped places to park and you are welcome to sell your extra cars you have on the property that's fine with the landlord she dosnt enforce the rules so if any of this appeals to you this is the place for you Thank you for reading my experience"

"Lived here for 3 years and Sandra is the best. She worked with me until i got the money for my deposit, she took care of thing accordingly and all in all she made the complex feel safe & clean! Definitely would recommend living here. Rent is also not bad utilities were decent! And she is very LGBT friendly!"

She listens, cares and responds and resolves any issues in a timely manner. The maintenance man, Mr. Rick, is super helpful too. He is quick and responsive. They always make sure that you are happy about your renting apartment."

In addition, the management people especially Sandra and Rick are very prompt in handling any issues occurred in the apartment even during weekend. I highly recommend this place."
