"I have been a resident at the Reserve for over two years now. I have seen several admin. members come and go over this period. We are now fortunate to have Jacob Tidwell at the helm. I am so impressed with Jacob in so many ways. He has a very calm personalty even in a cricis. He is articulate, calculating and very adept at multi tasking. Since he has taken over as our Property Manager he has addressed several big issues that had been affecting the property for years. He made phone calls and kept pushing until he found a soultion. He is extremely reliable and has a sincere appreciation for the property and all of its residents."

"When we 1st moved in we loved everything about it. We still love the apartment. We have noticed this year the complex isn’t keeping up with the grounds anymore. The grass might get mowed every few weeks, snakes have started coming up in the walkways between the apartments. And more parties have started happening, all thru the night and nothing is being done about it. This makes us sad because it was such a nice complex. Not sure when the lease is up that we will stay another year."

"I still live here and this is my honest review: The look of this place is deceptive. The many good reviews is also deceptive. We have lived here 2 years. In that time, I can’t tell you the vast number of managers and office staff that have turned over. It’s gotten comical amongst long term residents. Maintenance requests are regularly ignored and there hasn’t been any upkeep during the recent bad weather. I’ve watched and assisted elderly residents who have fallen on property due to lack of ice clearing. (Hopefully they sue for unsafe common areas.) Our apartment has not had one update since long before we moved in. Rent rate increases have been insane here, especially for the type of property that they maintain. Last years increase was a little over 24%. Again, an outdated, basic 2012 refresh model apartment. We won’t be extending our lease here, which is sad because the location is fantastic. But the clientele on the apartment side has steadily gone downhill and the vast turnover of “office” people, none of whom can return a phone call or message, has become unsustainable. To the current property manager: learn some basic office/customer service skills (i.e. take a message, return a phone call, ensure your tenants who are above board for rent and cleanliness are treated fairly). But I guess it won’t matter, you won’t work here in a few months anyway."

"We absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE.... the Staff is AMAZING. They are VERY Friendly and helpful. The grounds and landscaping are very well kept and ALWAYS beautiful. In the winter when we got snow the landscaping company was very quick to clear the road ways in some cases days before the City. The Maintenance staff are always prompt at getting something fixed IF it breaks. When they are not busy you can always spot them walking the grounds making sure things are clean. The Amenities here are top notch and always clean. The community is like no other, neighbors are always out walking and polite. They have at least one event a month that engages the Apartment community....words just can not describe this place. If you are looking for a forever home search no more you found it."
