"The new owners in the last year have really shaped up the place with all new cement, stairs, windows, a new paint job and units are being renovated as well. Anytime we have a problem, Jennifer has always been quick to get help sent our way within the same or next day we notify her. Amazing location, with school right up the road and Walmart 2min away. The urban white brick style throughout is something we've not been able to find anywhere else. Also Big dog friendly, we have lived here for a year and are ready to sign another lease!"

"Just awful. There are only two people that manage this property and like 20 more so nothing gets done. They came to fix my garbage disposal and it broke the same day they "fixed" it. They don't give notice when they want to come by. Most of the people who live here are middle aged alcoholics who are getting belligerent and yelling every single night. They hit golf balls at cars and play guitar in the parking lot. Do not sign a lease here."
