"Management refuses to fix the heating and cooling system. The heating and cooling is complex and in order to fix it they need to bring in expensive specialists and they refuse to do so. Therefore, I'm leaving this review. This building is supposed to be net zero energy however it has been two years and they haven't hooked up the solar panels. This is false advertising"
"All things considered, I had a decent experience at the Network. Decided to move out after being notified that rent would be increasing. Can attest to the other reviewers claiming that parking was a nuisance. Parking at the library was never ideal, but once the library kicked us out, parking became a hassle. I asked multiple times to be put on the waiting list for the Network's $75/month reserved spots, but they gave priority to new resident's moving in over current residents wanting a spot. My car ended up getting totaled by a drunk driver while parked on School's parallel spots by the library. After this incident, I only felt safe parking on South, which made parking even more scarce. Overall, the lack of amenities were unfortunate. But, I feel like this was somewhat factored into the slightly cheaper price compared to other apartments near downtown. There was no on-site management, which had pros and cons. The unit itself was nice with lots of big windows and smart switches. The kitchen island was awesome but had a basic, cheap sink that felt out of place in the otherwise higher-end space. Access to library, greenway, and other downtown attractions are all a big plus as well."
"False advertising of availability on Hotpads, a popular rental app and service. Despite the availability, the website allows for detailed application submission at a hefty $45 and the expense of private detail. Do not apply if you are looking for apartment before August 2022. Management did remove the listing from Hotpads after I informed them, but there was no apology of the mistake or notification of the rectification. In response to the owner: After filling the application and noticing the $45 application fee, I contacted your customer service. The response was that there were no units available. I cordially responded of being on the waiting lists for all units in hopes for Spring. The reply was there were no units available until August. I did not submit the completed application. Additionally, I received an e-mail that your property was not on Hotpads, though it was where I found the property and where the listing expired within a day after my initial review."
"It’s a nice place it was a rocky start but they have new management which Paige has been easily reachable and a great help. If you’re looking for a one bedroom apartment with just one bill this is your place. Everything is included from WiFi, electric, utilities, heat/AC, it’s just one bill except parking. A spot is $75 a month but also there is off road parking which is just as close as the parking lot pretty much and it’s free. I’m giving 4 stars because i wasn’t happy with everything at all when first moving in and things taking so long. However, I feel like once the office downstairs is complete it’ll finally all wrap together and be a great place to live."
"I live nearby. Unfortunately, I have had numerous issues with their 'before dawn' dumpster pick-up schedule - which happens 2x per week (pre-dawn on Tues. & Fri.). As a result, twice weekly, we are suddenly jolted awake by the 4-5am dumpster pick-up. We’re unable to return to sleep after such an upset and our day is then adversely affected as a result of our loss of sleep. It's a shame that the City of Fayetteville obviously has no zoning codes that protect the residents & homes in the older residential neighborhoods. Otherwise, why would a 3-story apartment building that requires pre-dawn dumpster pick-ups etc. be allowed to be built in an historic residential neighborhood in the first place? It’s just mind-boggling the city allows this!"
