"Safe, quite, clean and affordable. No bugs or mold. Versatile leases terms as well. Quick and efficient maintenance. Lots of recreational spaces to use. If you're new to fayetteville I would recommend living here vs most places. Online portal makes payments, maintenance requests, and lease renewals easy. The language in the lease isn't predatory and repairs ( if it's your fault)are actually a reasonable amount. Also, you wake up hearing birds instead of cars."
"Charging residents nearly $1,000 per month for popcorn ceilings, linoleum tile, and outdated, crusty appliances is BEYOND unacceptable and I am at a genuine loss for how the rent values here are calculated. I was absolutely appalled by the condition of our apartment upon move-in in November. For starters, the paint job, that was supposedly done prior to us moving in, was discernibly rushed. My roommate and I received the epitome of a “landlord special” - no painter’s tape was used and all caution was thrown to the wind, which shows clear as day. Our baseboards, door frames, kitchen cabinets, mirrors, outlet covers, our circuit breaker, and even our bathtubs were carelessly slathered in the same dull, beige paint that covers the walls. They also neglected to tape over the ceilings, leaving a ring of beige paint that encircles the entirety of our unit’s perimeter, making for quite the eyesore. When I brought the issue to the attention of the office staff along with some photos, it was met with nothing more than apathy. They did not apologize nor did they offer any solutions, and I was simply told that they would “let the painters know to be more careful next time.” Additionally, the overall quality of the unit’s interior is questionable at best. To preface, I am by no means a professional in drywall, and even I say with 100% certainty that Lindsey spared every expense possible by hiring inexperienced contractors. Our living room, in particular, has countless visible cracks and seams in the drywall, one of which extends into the ceiling. Moreover, every corner is either jagged and/or blends in poorly with the surrounding wall. Although these imperfections don’t likely pose a threat to the structural integrity of the building, they’re beyond unpleasant to look at. This complete disregard for quality control combined with the fact that they are charging residents upwards of $880 per month (at the time of posting) for these apartments as-is is indicative of Lindsey’s lack of respect and care for their tenants and properties. I also feel compelled to mention that when we first moved in, the cabinet under the kitchen sink was starting to rot away and cave in due a presumable water leak. The cabinet was promptly rebuilt the day of submitting a maintenance request, which I admit that I very much appreciated. However, the contractors that arrived discovered what appeared to be BLACK MOLD growing inside. I was absolutely disgusted that we were allowed to move into an apartment with this serious of an issue, especially one that you would think would be noticed in an inspection after the last tenants vacated. Furthermore, my roommate and I were generally displeased with the cleanliness of the apartment upon move-in. The carpets were dingy and clearly in desperate need of replacement, some surfaces on the breakfast bar and bedroom drawers were splattered with a yellow-orange substance, and the unit as a whole had sort of a musty smell to it. To rub salt in the wound, all of the fan blades and chains were caked in dust and also left for us to deal with, which is entirely unfair to put on paying tenants. Depending on where you live, the parking situation here is generally atrocious, especially at night. There have been instances where I’ve had to park 3 or more buildings away and walk home in the dark, which I can’t really say I feel all that comfortable doing alone as a woman in her 20s. In events of inclement winter weather, they completely neglect to plow the parking lots or treat the sidewalks and stairs. Just be prepared to take an extra day or two off of work when it snows before it’s safe to even leave the property. For all of the reasons listed above, including others that have gone unmentioned, I am very unlikely to renew this lease. I am well aware that leasing with Lindsey can be quite hit or miss, but I would argue some of their other properties give you plenty more bang for your buck. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere."
"Nice apartments with friendly staff always willing to help someone out, maintenance is always quick to come fix a problem I've never had any reason to complain about the apartments or the staff, I would definitely recommend these apartments to my family and friends, they definitely deserve a 5 star rating. I do want to give the property manager a big shout out because she is just great. She is so kind. She makes sure the property looks good as well as the maintenance men. She is upbeat and very well spoken. Always a great conversation when we have one! She is so kind to my granddaughter."
"My father in law sadly ended his life at his apartment. As we were clearing out his belongings a worker pulled up on his golf cart and said to me “sorry about your ‘incident’” as he pointed to the ground where my father in laws body was found, “but you can’t leave this stuff here.” My wife went to express that she didn’t appreciate the employees approach, Brittany, the property manager started yelling at her and told us to leave her office that we were not welcomed back on the property. I admit my wife was emotional and angry, but she was not rude and wasn’t cussing. Given the fact that she was cleaning out her fathers life you would think Brittany would have had at least a smidge of compassion. But after speaking to the residents that lived around the area and came to give their condolences the general consensus is that Brittany is not a nice person. After our experience today I would say that’s an understatement."
"Living here was fine up until I wanted to leave. I was trying to do a lease take over and had met up and spoke to several people. The rent was price at $825 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment which is what I told the multiple people I had come to try and do the take over. I was told by each one of them after they filled out the application and I left that the property manager came up to them and told them the rent was increasing (Nobody ever told me otherwise I would have advertised as such) and that they would prefer something new. She was then VERY rude to each one of the applicants to the point that I received messages saying they no longer wanted to go through with the take over based off of her behavior. This all happens after they took months to repair the AC that had been leaking and replace the fridge. When I dropped off the paperwork for the lease take over I heard her in the office with a group of maintenance guys and other office ladies say “wow she’s already doing a takeover?” After I had lived there for 11 months and I look up and they’re all staring at me. It was really rude and unprofessional it that’s the overall vibe I received from her. I’ve heard from multiple other tenants that they can’t get replacement appliances or repairs done correctly because “we’re over our budget”. As for the leak it was damaging the carpets and walls from it getting so bad despite me reporting it at least once a day for 4 weeks and finally they had fans put down to dry it up. It was still leaking the whole time the dans were there and I was told that if it kept reporting humidity in the air then I would have to pay an additional $25 a day per fan. Super inconvenient and slow for repairs."
