"Perfectly located blocks from the University of Arkansa campus and the restaurants it's perfect housing. This property is owned by someone who cares and has a management company that takes great care of us. The house I live in is two stories and all the bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. It is awesome because my roommates can have people over and I can have privacy. I also love that it has a laundry room and half bath of the first floor. The property is also very pretty, there is a large courtyard with benches. I suggest this be your first and last visit when looking for a place to live."
