"They are running some sort of scam. They never pick up the phones. All communications are done through the website. The available apartments on the website are not actually available. They collect personal information through the application and then declared the property as not available. Do not put any personal information on their website. And not even think of paying $500 just to apply. This is absurd !!"

"Always check reviews first! I was applying and then the subtotal to apply was over $500 just to APPLY. there was a $300 "floorplan" deposit and a bunch of other random fees. Imagine paying over half the rent just to apply and not be accepted. Sounds like a scam. Be safe people."

"I've been living here for almost two years! When we first leased the Apartment Manager, Bob, was welcoming and kind. He told us that the apartments were under brand new management and almost all the units were getting complete makeovers. The unit we ended up choosing had new wood flooring and freshly painted walls. Rent is very affordable and maintenance is always quick to respond! The only problem is the neighbors. . . Smoking and trash everywhere . . As well as loud and a bit disrespectful. I believe they were tenants before new management took over and they just haven't left. I feel bad that Bob has to clean up after them."
