"Had to update my review unfortunately. There has been 3 vehicles in the parking lot for roughly six months. Two of the owners have 3 vehicles, one sitting on a flat tire, all tags expired. Basically everything the lease says you can't do. Multiple residents have repeatedly reported this but management never addressed it. Normally I would consider this a minor issue but the parking lot is very small, you may not have a spot if you show up too late. Definitely disappointed, they will tow you immediately for not having a parking pass, but refuse to take care of the multiple dead vehicles that seriously haven't moved in months. Only reason I didn't drop it to one star is that management was at least polite."

"Absolutely terrible people working here. 4 yrs ago I moved out and now when I’m sadly needing to lease they’re telling me I owe 1825 from 4 yrs ago. With no bill being sent to me or any communication in regards to needing to pay for anything. I left the apartment scrubbed clean but left a couch. They’re saying the 1825 is a cleaning fee for when I moved but refuse to give me the itemized bill since it was 4 years ago but won’t remove what they’ve put on my renters history until I pay them. Then they were rude to me, arguing and being mad I was asking for clarifications on the next steps since they did not communicate anything to me four years ago. Sketchy place to rent through that may cost you $2000 when you don’t even live there anymore. Oh also this is over a basement apartment, rooms were made of cement and for this money and hassle it was not worth it would of rather lived in my car if I knew they would try to pull something like this. The whole situation feels illegal, but to the man working in the office, me not paying is illegal but again they won’t even send an itemized lisr"

"I lived in a basement apartment, one window, very small. They claim I made 1800$ worth of “leaving trash” damages on my record so now I can’t rent anywhere else. Never ever go threw these people"

"In the year and 1/2 that I lived here, it was abundantly clear to me that management handling the Noble Oaks 3 Apartments were beyond accommodating and kind. I delt with a very serious neighbor issue that escalated into a few police reports...But Sweetser swiftly found reason enough to evict those tenants. Sweetser saved myself and my elderly neighbors from a very serious situation, taking my calls night and day, and providing legal advice, which I think is rare in apartment management elsewhere. And in the end, I got my security deposit back after all the trouble I felt I was causing them. Thank you very much Sweetser! I was genuinely sad when I had to relocate!"

"Renting is a difficult experience. A lot of companies make renting such a bad experience This company is available, efficient and very quick to respond to issues that need to be fixed. They're also staffed by very compassionate people that treat you with respect. By a large, LARGE margin they're the best company I've ever rented from."
