"Management and the maintenance guys are great. The 33% rent increase in 2 years should be criminal though. I have carpet and a fridge from the 90s. Cheap windows ice over from the inside in winter. Zero improvements have been made to the property with that money. The parking lot has potholes bad enough to damage a vehicle. The fountain doesn’t function half the time so the retention pond turns into a mosquito infested cesspool. They have reduced landscaping maintenance like mulching to the fronts of buildings where potential renters can see. The rear beds are filled with grass and weeds. The painters that came through recently left paint splattered on windows and dumped onto sidewalk and grass. I understand the challenges with the housing market, but a 33% increase at a property you’re doing nothing to improve is pure greed."

"This place will cheat you just like every Lindsey property. The management team here is nicer than a lot of other Lindsey properties I've been forced to live but that doesn't make up for the blatant robbery and extortion that Lindsey practices. Also every spring and summer the pond fills up with algae and it stinks and attracts tons of mosquitos and flies and fleas."

"Everyone was pleasant and friendly, and if I ever had a problem, they promptly had it fixed for me. When I had to cancel my lease, the management team helped me along the way. And when I was having a really tough presonal problem, they listened to me complain and cry even though I'm sure they had other stuff to do. I loved living there and I'm sure you will too."

"I was out of state and most of the transactions were conducted over the phone. The management was friendly and realistic as to how long it will take for my apartment to be ready for move in. I arrived in town 2 days before I was hoping to take possession (10/2014) of the apartment but the managers didn't get keys from the old tenant til the day after I arrived. The manager explained it would be the latter of the dates previously given for me to sign the lease. I went and viewed the apartment the same day and found out it would not fit my needs. The management was holding this apartment for me for the last 2 weeks and when I informed them it would not work. They were super helpful and pleasant. They called other complexes to try to find me an apartment that would fit my needs. Even after I left the office they called me and gave me the name and number of another property that would be able to accommodate me. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really wished it would have worked with them...I was so impressed with their helpfulness."
