"Disappointing experience. The bed sheets had stains on them and a mouse ran across our room. Management said the mouse was a seasonal issue which they have no control over. No compensation given for staying in those conditions. For the price, it should be better and management should want to make situations like this right for their guests."

"No hot water. A few of my classmates experienced the same thing. I get it. Accidents happen - remodeling or cleaning one wing and opening an unused section. However, there was no discount on the $130 charge for having no hot water. I was paying out of pocket to stay there. Pretty inconvenient: e.g. microwaving water in order to wash up a little. The staff should be allowed to be able to make decisions like granting some discount. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional."

"Stayed May 10-14 and ended up being eaten alive by bed bugs. I thought maybe I was bite by a spider as I saw a large one that made a huge splatter when squished. Started talking to other candidates from the event I attended and found out we all had the same situation, we all had bites consistent with bed bugs! We stayed on the third floor on the east tower. I do not recommend this hotel and if my unit hasn't insisted we stayed there I would not have been there in the first place as there are nicer and less expensive hotels off post!"

"We’ve stayed in numerous military lodging before and this place was absolutely the worst. Upon arrival, the beds were made but when we pulled the blankets back, the sheets to one of the beds had dirt marks on it, probably still unchanged from the last visit from another resident. Housekeeping was nonexistent. We stayed for a few days and our towels never got changed out each day nor did anyone come in to do basic cleaning. We brought this attention to the staff and they just offered to replace our towels. All other room care was neglected. On one of the nights, the smoke alarm in only our room went off three times throughout the middle of the night. Front desk staff were gone for the evening and there weren’t any help around. It was very frustrating waking up every couple hours to the smoke alarm randomly going off for no reason. Yes, the price to stay here is cheap, but you get what you pay for. They are highly understaffed. Avoid this place and invest a little more of your money at a more organized and nicer hotel off-base."

"What a great stay! We were pleasantly surprised. This was our first stay at air force lodging. We were in the twin cities for our daughters wedding. The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel was super clean and in a great location. The rooms were big and had everything we needed. An awesome stay!"
