"Dump hotel. I will never stay here again, and I literally travel all over the country. Parking is a complete joke, dirty sheets, I don't think the room was cleaned before we arrived. Never again. Guy at the front desk (if you can call it that) was rude, and again, never again will I consider this hotel. Or any other Radisson red. In fact, just stay away from Radisson brands. The ship sank years ago."
"Enjoyed our stay over St. Patrick’s day! I have stayed here before and the room was definitely acceptable for the price. Shout out Jae for being so personable and easy to talk to. He amped us up before hitting the town and in the morning I had to tell him about our crazy night. Felt like a true friend "
"So close to the light rail, so getting to the airport and mall of America is a breeze. Price is great, it is connected to the Skywalk. There are no microwaves in the room, I think that is a fire safety issue, but there is one near the lobby elevator that got filthy after 1-person-use. Oh yeah, a skip and a hop to Trader Joes and Starbucks."
"Great location in downtown. Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Nice place with events happening while I stayed there, so the bar was busy before the event, but that’s typical. No microwave in my room so leftovers were a no go. The water pressure was a little quirky in my room, but otherwise a great stay. Hotel breakfast was good but a little pricy."
"This place was odd. Just lots of little weirdly annoying things. First the shower doesn't have a curtain or door, it has 1 glass pannel and then an open space where a door should be. So the bathroom floor gets soaked everytime you shower. Then the thermostat in the room was super weird. Would take hours to change the temp in the room after adjusting the settings. Sometimes it just did it's own thing. At one point the setting was set for 72 degees, and hours later it was only 63 degrees, even though the setting was still for 72. When I checked in to the room, the lamps on the bedside tables were unplugged, and I quickly realized that was because if you have anything plugged into those outlets, your phone won't charge. Then I had a weird experience where I was waiting for a food delivery in the lobby. The front desk lady was talking to someone at the counter. She stepped in the back office for a couple minutes. While she was in back, the guy she was talking to approached me and pretended to be my doordash driver and just be generally creepy and said slightly inappropriate things to me. I wasn't having it so he left me alone. The front desk lady came back out and he left. I notified the front desk lady that he was being creepy to me and her only response was "I know him and he's fine"."
