"I have a hard time finding a women's shoe that is both small and a medium fit. I found what I like for my wedding but I had to buy it a whole size and half too big. It was not available online or at other locations in a 4.5. Bummer , I love the shoes and hope that I can find a way to make them work."
"I ordered 2 pairs of winter boots to be delivered to this store, I was waiting for a long time at the pick up window, only one cashier and she was also taking the pick ups as well, someone came to help me and he had an attitude, then he game me the boxes and didn’t even put them in bags, I asked him if he would be kind and put them in bags and he said they don’t have any bags, first time I go to a dsw and they don’t have bags for customers. Terrible customer service."

"Excellent assortment/variety of shoes and sizes! You can find some great bargain prices as well if you're not super picky. It can get a bit busy inside at times so if social distancing is important than it would behoove you to check Google Maps for the best time with the least amount of people (it's an estimate but usually pretty accurate)."
