"My son and I went to the Burnsville Mall to buy some shoes for him. The employees never asked if we need help. We had to bring the shoes to the counter to get any service at all. Every shoe request was met with we don't have that size and an eye roll. This store is pathetic and the employees are not there to help or sell shoes. If you can get them to put down their phone and address you your very lucky."

"If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I’m sick of the discrimination against Muslim Somalis. They see you and automatically think you’re incompetent. My sisters and I went to finish line for some socks and my 16 year old sister didn’t get her change back when she asked for it she asked the other employee to open the register to give her her change. He counted the money real slow like she was confuse ding and said “here’s your 8 bucks” when my and my older sister went to correct them they escorted us out of the store. Never would recommend."

"I am not sure if it luck, but everytime I have been in to this finishline, they are helpful and friendly. Brady has helped me on numerous occasions and is the reason I continue to shop there whether its just buying socks or shoes for the family. Very friendly, ensures things are run fairly. "I hesitated on how to rate this. The store is nice and they have great selection, however this is my 2nd visit in 6 months and I can't say much for the customer service. Buying shoes for the kiddo and they measured his feet both times, but it was hard to get attention after that. They are plenty nice when you ask for something, but they don't lace up the shoes, or stay around to make sure you get them on ok, or to answer any questions etc. Each visit was a different sales person, so it appears to be a theme there. Do shoe stores not provide that service anymore? Do they not provide the lacing and assistance because it's a child? I don't know. I used to shop here all the time and never had anything like this in the past. I do know after spending over 200 dollars on 2 pairs of kids shoes in 6 months, I probably won't go back. Customer service is very important, and if you want friendly hands off service, then you will like it here. I prefer hands on, or to buy online for a cheaper price. If finish line can't provide the customer service I see no reason to keep shopping there."
