"What a surprise! I thought Pivot dealers were top notch. If you buy a Pivot for $8,000+, you would think that any dealership would take care of warranty issues. NOT this shop! "It's not a Pivot issue." Pivot put the Fox component on there, so shouldn't you? I had a warranty issue with a Shimano brake caliper and the shop in Bentonville, AR was happy to handle the warranty issue. I don't know if it's laziness, character, or incompetence at Sonoran Cycles. AMAZING! I just spoke to JRide Bikes in Cave Creek and they were very happy to facilitate the warranty work just like the dealer in Bentonville, AR. If you want customer service, go to JRide Bikes."
