"Went in to buy a comms system and a tinted visor for my Arai Quantum-X, and I asked if I could buy a Pinlock for the visor as well, as I didn't think I owned one. However, rather than just selling me the Pinlock and sending me on my way, the employees informed me that Arai helmets do in fact come with Pinlocks, usually taped off to the side of the box. I went home, checked the helmet box, and sure enough, it was tucked under the owner's manual I never bothered to open. Very honest and knowledgeable employees -- I'll definitely be back."

"Can’t recommend you bring your bike here for service. Was told they had a good carb guy. My KLR was acting up from sitting over summer and I had added a new slip on exhaust. After charging me an hour labor, the bike was running the same, maybe even worse! Not happy with the outcome. Now have to take it somewhere else to get it running right. Errrrrrr. Got an extra star because the staff was nice."
