"I come to this location all the time but today was different.. the manager, Nadia was incredible! I had to buy quite a few items for work and she was so attentive, even found a couple sizes in the back for me that I needed. She was knowledgeable and didn’t rush me. The staff didn’t skip a beat despite how many people were in the store, It was overall a great shopping experience! Thank youuu!"

"Some store associates should not be working here or at least not in the public eye. There was a visibly upset employee speaking negatively about her coworkers, so loudly that customers could hear. She was complaining about how they incorrectly sort/replace clothing back on shelves. In addition, she was rudely brisk walking past customers, and aggressively putting clothes back on shelves, as if we were in her way. She also provided unsolicited, non helpful statements. As a customer, I couldn't comfortably shop with her negative vibes and overbearing presence so I exited the store and will never return to this location."

"I was excited that there was an Express factory store in the outlet mall since we came here for a concert. Unfortunately this is not a factory outlet store it is a regular retail store that has the same percentages off the online and stores in a regular mall. They did have a clearance section but that’s the same as online additional 60% off lowest price. The only that was helpful was seeing what size I was in a certain pair of jeans and of course I didn’t have my size. To think I have been shopping with Express for 28 years. I was a Limited shopper along with EXPRESS until The Limited went out of business."

"I was followed for about 15 minutes in your store. My wife and I almost walked out. I/we were not treated like this at the Arrowhead Express and may not shop at this location again. In response to the owner. We shopped at this location on 12/16/21 around 6PM. Check your cameras and you will see an employee closely following me. An employee also quickly stormed into the fitting room to make sure product was not missing. My wife and I decided to purchase 3 shirts and a pair of pants, totaling about $140. I just want you guys to be aware. I believe everyone should have the same shopping experience. If we decide to return I hope we have a better shopping experience."
