"The store at Arrowhead Mall in Glendale Az, had at east three employees from what I could see in the dark. No sign as to why they are closed mid-day 1in the afternoon for several hours. This can't be good for business!!"
"Closed on a Saturday night @ 7pm in the mall. Super lame"
"For the past week, we tried 3 times to go in and it's been closed. We called ahead to make sure they were open, they said from 4:30 to 5, they close for lunch. We get there at 4 and said they would be closed from 4 to 5."
"Neither impressed nor truly disappointed, my niece's and I decided to do a spontaneous movie trip to see Barbie because every little girl wants to see it in some Barbie attire. We passed by and saw the sweaters on display and decided to go in. I asked if there was any more; in which the sales associate did go to the back to check. Unfortunately there wasn't, I asked them if I could purchase the ones on the mannequin but they told me no. The mannequins couldn't be naked, now most places would honor to sell the display one especially if you're out of stock. Why would you leave an out-of-stock item on display and even more why would you tell me that you couldn't sell the one on the display when there is a mannequin without a top right next to it? From my eyes as a person who has managed in retail, it didn't look like they were working on a current project to put a new top on. Aside from that if you're saying you can't have it naked; why isn't the mannequin fully dressed if it is against company policy? I gave a 3-star rating for the representative going back to check, had they not it would have been a 1-star rating."
"It was my very first time going to this store since I wanted to buy tote bags after seeing it online. I stood in line because I saw them hanging on the walls behind the cash registers. Layla was so friendly when checking out a young girl. She gave her a small bag for her clothes and said goodbye. When it was my turn, she stared at me instead of calling me up there. I usually wait until the cashier prompts me up because they might be cleaning up or organizing their area before the next person. Then, I asked about the items on the wall and she got very annoyed. There was no price on it and some of them had to be unraveled to see the design. I only wanted to take a glimpse at the two tote bags I liked, which I bought. Though, I asked her a question about the lunch bags. She acted as if I should already know about them before entering the store. Layla placed them in front of me and told me the price with her eyes rolled. At the time, a family came to check out so the other cashier helped them and I saw her give multiple bags to them when they were still stacking clothes onto the pile. I was so confused when I did not get a bag for my items since other people who walked out had a bag. I did not really question it because I thought she would give me information as to why. However, she took my money, handed me the receipt, and said "next!" I barely had time to take the items and find a place to put it inside my purse. It was lucky enough that I had just purchased from another store, so I placed them inside. Feeling displeased, I came back 10+ minutes later to return those items. The other cashier, Jenna, was the only one managing the register as Layla was folding the clothes. I asked to return these items since I felt unsatisfied with my purchase. She informed me that these items would be unreturnable as the store was doing this deal, but made an exception "just this one time." Further adding, I was able to ask why I was not given a bag and she told me that the bags cost 50 cents each. I stated that Layla gave me an attitude, while not notifying me about the bags and my purchased items. Since they are friends, Jenna did not care about Layla's character to me. Every time I walk in the mall, this store is definitely a pass for me."
