"I needed a mother of the bride dress and shopped here. They had a lot of styles of dresses at different price points for any budget. I found a cute dress that the bride picked out. The only thing this store needs to work on is customer service skills behind the register."

"I'm determined to go back next week earlier in the day through different entrance I'm really hoping that Macy's looks better clean better and has more associates out the lingerie for women Department was not very good. If I had never been to a Macy's before I probably wouldn't have kept going to any other Departments. I absolutely love Macy's and I've been going over there for over 40 something years..... I want to see them stay in business! I'm going to give it a shot next week, and cruise the men's section.. My husband mentions that they had really nice watches men's and women's. He said there was an excellent variety and they were well priced. It did appear that all the glass displays in the cosmetics in perfume area were very clean and put together and displayed nicely. Please Macy's give your arrow Head locations some love! And don't go cheap on this stupid hangers because it really shows!"

"Wonderful surprise shopping here. I haven't been in a Macy's in a long time. I was shopping for birthday presents for my husband and thought, what the heck, I couldn't find the sweater or thermal shirt I was looking for at the other anchor stores. Well I ended up getting exactly what I had in mind and they were on sale to top it off. My daughter even found a sweater she liked. We'll definitely go to Macy's more now that I know they have what I think is a good selection of things."
