"Bought a purse and the zipper sticks badly and catches on the inside material. Went to return it with my receipt and they wouldn’t do it. Made me do an exchange for something else or keep the defective purse. The staff member was super rude about it too. Will never purchase from here again, they don’t care."

"So I have had horrible service at these stores. Won’t do a return with out debit card that was used. Told them I lost my debit card and just to do cash. I had receipt and ID but still didn’t care. But on the back of the receipt it stats in clear English that if u don’t have original form item was purchased with they will issue a refund in cash. All guess stores need to teach the employees and managers how to give A+ customers service. Not sure the hiring process but nooo."

"This shop has worst employees. They made me come to store to return glasses twice. First time they said their system is not working but system is working to checkout other customers. Second time there was a Big girl at the customer service told me you have to buy in exchange by today itself, and she was so rude that she started shouting at me and her other employees. She has no manners and does not provide customer service that Guess should be known for. I had to forcefully buy something from the shop that I didn't want to buy today. I could have taken gift card instead but she refused to honor that."
