"The manager April, is horrible she always has an attitude about everything talks bad about customers behind there back. She’s always on her phone and will continuously roll her eyes she is rude and makes you feel like your being annoying."
"I just had the worst experience at this location, first of all the sweatpants that I got for my sister on Black Friday were too big. She didn’t try them on that day because it was very busy as it was Black Friday. So I decided to come back and exchange them. I had the receipt and I had the tags still attached , but they said that they couldn’t find the item that I had purchased cause it wasn’t linked to the phone number nor email I have on there so they couldn’t help me. However I explained to them that this has happened once before where they emailed the receipt and it never sent. When i said that the manger said nothing. Then I was obviously frustrated because it wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t linked and then she said the receipt didn’t have that item on it but it was the only receipt I had. And then I said to her that maybe she rang up the other item I didn’t end up getting that was the same price but she was supposed to take it off and maybe left it on there instead of the other ones. Which I explained to the manger and she rudely said “Well that could have been an accident” immediately taking offense to me just explaining to her what I think happened. Then I asked “can she just exchange them?” she again didn’t say anything to me. I was getting very overwhelmed because obviously the economy ain’t good so I was upset that I practically wasted $50 and it went down the drain. Then she said “Do you have to be so rude like your comments and your side comments” and I was stunned I then explained “it’s not your fault that it’s not on their but it’s not mine either I’m not being rude to you I’m frustrated that there’s nothing we can do because now my money is wasted. How is that being rude? She just wants to exchange them for a different size? I understand it’s not poping up, is there anything we can do maybe call customer service” she literally didn’t say anything then looked at me like I had to find the solution for this problem yet she’s the manager. I didn’t appreciate her taking it personally when I’m just the customer and she’s the manager I don’t work there so I don’t know what she wanted from me. she was not helpful at all to me and then was being very rude to me. Over all I’d give the associates a 1/10 because you can’t give a zero so they get a 1 especially with them rolling their eyes looking and watching me and that was uncomfortable and the manager also gets a 1/10. Unprofessional. Absolutely disappointed as I’ve been shopping there for years and now I will never go back to that location. The manager is clearly not fit to be a manager if you cannot find a solution appropriately and professionally for a customer who had nothing to do with the mistake in the first place. I work retail and we pride ourselves on positive feedback and stride for 10/10 customer experience and if I treated a customer like that I would have been either written up or fired on the spot. The managers name I think is Brenda but i couldn’t really hear her cause the music was so loud but if you shop there make sure you don’t need to return anything cause clearly they won’t help you."
"Got helped out by Haven today! I came to exchange a dress, and Haven was able to help me find my size online for it to be shipped to my house. I had a great conversation with her at the checkout section and had a great experience at this location :) Thanks again, Haven!"
"My 17-year-old just went in there to buy a piece of clothing. They told her she has to put her phone number in for rewards before she was charged for the item. She asked if she had to, they told her she did. I went in and talk to a lady about it, she basically blew me off and started talking to another person right in front of me. I felt too totally disrespected. I don’t think this is Hollister’s policy, but I would not recommend anyone going to the store."
"Honestly i am disappointed in this place if i could give this place a 0 i would. I was at arrowhead i had a shirt not worn once the tag wasnt on the shirt torn apart when it was in the bag theres this girl that claims to be the “manager” when she isnt she was so rude and the girls over there had her back when i said nothing wrong i even showed her theres nothing on the shirt not even a smell on the shirt her name was Alex i asked for her first letter of the last name i didnt ask her last name they all were so mean the chashier in the morning shift they gave me looks right when i walked in very unprofessional to talk to costumers like that."
