"Don’t do it! If the drive thru looks busy, don’t do it!!!! You will be stuck in the line forever!!!!!!! I honestly believe turtles move faster. No, molasses moves faster compared to this facility. Word of advice to management here, hopefully you can read. Hire people with more prep in their step. Even a target Starbucks is faster."

"I came in today at 4:35pm to redeem my birthday drink. I unfortunately didn’t get his name but he took my order. He was so sweet and really made the experience so pleasant! Truly made my day and I hope he gets a promotion ASAP "
"The drink was decent but all in all it took a bit over half an hour from order time until I got my drink. The clerk running things wanted to say their slowness is “normal” and at that point I advised it’s the equivalent of Dutch Bros and or maybe faster there, but you get to wait in your car all together versus the crowded lobby. Parking is a battle between other patrons at the neighboring restaurants."
