"I'm not sure where the luxury part of this place is. We were here for over 3 weeks, the 1 heated pool was either broken, or empty for various reasons, hot tub worked about 1/2 of the time, club house was dirty and not cleaned once, the BBQ grilles were disgustingly dirty, and they only had a tank on 1 grille. It is close to the freeway and hospital, so between the sirens and helicopters, and barking dogs all hours of the day. We rented in bldg 15, unit # 2086 from Rosy. Place was disgustingly dirty, she was a terrible host, stained carpets, no dishes, holes in the walls, missing light bulbs in vanities, 1/2 the kitchen outlets didn't work. When you went to use anything in the kitchen you had to wash it before you used it. No assigned parking. We didn't complain soon enough, and therefore we're stuck in this rental. Her solution to the problems were to have her terrible house keeping re-clean and charge us for the cleaning. And she didn't even address the safety issues."

"Only lived there a month and a half and I’ll update later. But the staff is great. Anything I’ve needed they’ve taken care of. The gym has everything needed, the pools are nice and clean. Only problems I’ve had so far was my AC unit stopped working the second day but the technician came within 10 minutes of me calling and fixed it quickly. The other problem is I have found 3 scorpions in a very short amount of time, the insect/pest control is free so hopefully that won’t be an issue after that. Other than that the people in the complex are nice and they are priced very reasonably. You most likely won’t find better for the price this side of the 60."

"Lived here for over 3 years. I've always had good service from all of the employees. Place is well kept. The a/c went out last year but was quickly fixed the next day. The people around me have all been friendly, no issues. Scorpions can be an issue that is easily solved with a combo of spraying and a shoe. Too lazy to use gym but looks nice. The clubhouse is usually available to play a game of pool or chess. We go to the pools a few times a year and its always a good time. The SPEEDBUMPS are the biggest I've ever seen which kinda sucks, but what can ya do?"

"Best apartment we could have found in the area. The pool and BBQ were great, and needed come summer time! Gym was nice, had everything I would ever really need, and saved me from buying a membership elsewhere. Area felt safe, community was friendly, close to the 60 which made the easy but you can hear traffic some. Some of the best places to eat are within 10 minutes. I thought the price was competitive and worth amenities. Only downfall was the scorpions... They offer spraying, but I found we had less if we sprayed on our own near doorways, just a tip. Thanks for a happy two years Solana!"

"I have no idea what happened with the previous reviewer, but I've been here for 7 months now and love it. The front desk staff is always friendly and understanding, and the apartments are clean and well constructed. The pool is awesome-I love the gas grill there. The grounds are always clean, and well maintained. Whenever I've had a problem (which has only been once), maintenance is there the next day. They also have complimentary pest control but I haven't needed it since I moved in. The only downfall is the community is pretty introverted. I've only met one other person in my building (can't remember their name), and most people keep to themselves--even at the pool. This isn't such a bad thing. It's nice living in a quiet community, however, I really wanted to find new friends here."
