NOVEL Val Vista

"Recently had a great tour experience at The Novel Val Vista. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a pretty cool and informative tour experience with Taylor. I would like to start by mentioning the apartments are very spacious, functional, and nicely designed with plenty of storage/closet space. Great attention to detail with both the apartment space, upkeep and maintenance of the property. The community clubhouse and amenities are pretty awesome! I also appreciate the close proximity to my favorite grocery stores and shopping centers. I am definitely considering this making this community my future home."

"The amenities are amazing here! The jacuzzi is extra extra large with a double sided fireplace. This would definitely be a space I would use for date night with the wife. Nice glass of wine and a great view. Big shout out to the office staff! They were very helpful and kind. Made me feel right at home."

"I had the best tour ever at The Novel with Naomi. This property has a lovely clubhouse that stands out might want to call it a bar. Very chic I say! Great place to meet your neighbors bring friends over. The apartments are nicely designed especially with the recirculation pump; this means instant hot water no wasting water. Also, the neighborhood has easy access to Costco and Winco."

"I had a great tour at The Novel! I found it to be a breath of fresh air. This community inspired me to want to be more creative! I took so many pictures through our tour of all the unique inspiring spaces. The apartment was super functional. I loved how large the closets were and how much storage space there was! The smart washer and dryer is genius! To be able to control it from my phone is a life saver! No more wrinkled clothes! The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. I left with no questions! "Novel Val Vista is a one of a kind property! I really enjoyed touring this place. You can tell every space was well thought about. The attention to detail! Just wow! I loved their Spanish inspired Cantina and hidden Snug. These are two spaces I would use often. I thought the name of the snug was clever. You can tell when they designed the apartments that functionality was thought about! The large kitchen sinks, large closets, and storage closets everywhere you turn! Love!!! The girls in the office took their time and answered all my questions. They were pretty funny too! I felt like I was talking to a friend. I can definitely see myself living here!"
