"I have only lived here for about 4 months and I do not like it. Parking is horrible, so I opted for a garage which is $100 extra. You have to pay about $100 extra in utilities for the COMPLEX not your unit. My stove went out 2x, the most recent time the younger blonde in the office to the right when you walk in, had no compassion and it’s like she doesn’t care. The maintenance team is great, and the only decent person apart of the management team is Sean, it’s the 2 ladies that aren't great. I am surprised that corporate hasn’t done anything about them because all the bad reviews are about those two. I plan on moving asap, im over being here, and also it smells like dog pee all the time. Please read the reviews and listen, I wish I would’ve. For the price you pay to live here, the service doesn’t match. I would’ve given 0 stars if it was possible."

"I’d recommend living ANYWHERE but here. The staff is something out of a horror movie! The “property manager” is the worst thing to ever happen to this dump of a complex. Overpriced, outdated, NO PARKING. They are disgustingly corrupt and I’m convinced are one of the many apartments that are increasing the homeless rates in Arizona. Thank goodness Shamoni and I moved out and upgraded to a REAL Luxury property. Getting out of that lease was the best thing to ever happen to me. Save yourself the regret and headache and rent ANYWHERE ELSE"

"Horrible management, rude staff. Especially the blonde girl working in the right office. Never helpful, no solutions, just sends you on your way so she can get off work ASAP. I’m paying so much money for the worst experience with their management. The maintenance workers are even more professional and polite than the office staff. They’re just there to a collect a check and get out. They don’t care about their residents. I will make sure none of my friends , acquaintances, or family come even CLOSE to think about renting here. Go ahead and reply with your fake automated response, it’s expected."

"resident for 3 years and they towed my car for no parking because THEY DONT HAVE PARKING HERE , $250 , scum bags I do NOT recommend living here. 3 years here , $2000 a month and they tow my car. They are no where near luxury. The whole place smells like hot dog piss. NO PARKING. The hall way lights don’t work. Motorcycles get stolen here weekly. There’s a heroin addict who lives here that yells at everyone who walks passed her. The staff are a bunch of scripted robots. Stay far away."

"This was an excellent place to enjoy apartment living. A bit on the pricey side of things but overall great experience. Only left because we got into a house. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance response time is incredible. Definitely would and will recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment lifestyle."
