"My whole family recently stayed here. It was amazing. The hotel staff was so nice and they really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and the breakfast was very nice."
"Stayed here one night only. When we checked in, the shower had hair in and around it, hair was on the back of the bathroom door, and in the sink. Being the bathroom wasn't clean, I couldn't trust that anything else was clean so we asked to be moved. The second room was much better and the desk clerk was apologetic. The breakfast was OK, but the service was top notch."
"Great location for food and restaurant spenders. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms in the room were not refreshed of essential shower items. Quiet enough environment that I slept uninterrupted. The breakfast assortment in the morning is wonderful and they offer a great variety of snacks to purchase on the side. Family friendly place with friendly staff. To the staff: the towels I got from a refresh were thinning out."
"This was my first time (Oct 27-30) staying in this hotel. My Room was a single with a King size bed. It was clean, very cozy and had a nice view. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Another great thing about this hotel is that it's within walking distance too Santan Village (excellent restaurants, bars, and departments stores-for shoppers). I honestly have to say that I will stay at the Tru by Hilton the next time I visit Gilbert, AZ."
"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The rooms are small and cheap but I believe that is the purpose of this line of hotel. I left the hotel at 7am for a full day of meetings with customers and asked for my room to be cleaned. I returned at 5:30 before going to dinner and it hadn't been done. The hotel is fine if all you need is a place to sleep which is all I did. For families or couples maybe not. I don't think I would stay at a Tru again, just because I want more from my hotel. I did check the other Hilton locations in the area and this one got the best reviews so I went with it. Hilton hotels just don't seem to be what they used to be."
