"Nice hotels but rooms seem out of date. When you stay at a Hilton, you expect high quality. At this hotel, lounge and rest of it are as expected. Top notch, elegant and high quality. The room itself I stayed in felt like a microtel or super 8. Sink kept clogging, rust stains in bathtubs."

"This place looks nothing like the photos. Everything was old and dirty. Pillows had hair all over them. I've never been so disappointed especially when I drove 7hrs to get there. Definitely not worth what they have the nerve to be charging to stay at this dump. Housekeepers are also very rude! Overall worst hotel experience for me and my family."

"We stayed here for our wedding night and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We booked the nicest room and then day of found out they booked over it and someone else was in it so we had to be downgraded. The staff was extremely rude and the hotel itself was an absolute dump. The photos are not what this hotel looks like at all, awful smell and awful staff. A night we’ll never be able to get back, upper management didn’t care what so ever either. I would not recommend staying here to anyone."

"I'm not sure where to start. Is it normal at this hotel to have bad lighting in rooms? I believe there were several types of bulbs in our room. They just didn't match and made for a weird environment in the room. Not only that but the rod that held the shower curtain up was damaged and it was too far out. We had to point the water almost to the wall so as not to escape and make a huge mess when we showered. Maybe that was why the edge of the tub where it is caulked had mold looking black spots? Maybe. The bed was great. That was pretty much the highlight of the room. It was very dated. The best thing was the delicious breakfast burritos and friendly workers at the bar downstairs. They were the highlight of our stay. I put that the service wasn't the best because the pullout bed didn't have sheets and they were never delivered. I called and they said they were too busy to do it so I just went downstairs and got it so they wouldn't be troubled. The staff was ok. When I visit again I will not stay here again sadly. The Double Tree brand is one I enjoy when home in TX. Hope y'all are doing better and wish you the best."

"Overall good experience. I stayed one night for a work trip. I had read the reviews ahead of time and was ready for a negative experience. Instead, I was greeted by friendly staff (with a warm cookie and waters) and slept well in a comfy bed. The room is a bit sparse but it was clean. The gym was great. I would stay again."
