"Our basketball team from California had a tournament in Mesa, AZ this weekend and one of the parents recommended staying at this hotel. It ended up being about 15 minutes away from our gym, but it was a great decision. Pros: Friendly staff Free breakfast and it's good Nice rooms Gave us rollaway bed Prompt service Small hotel which is not bad Great location near everything in Gilbert Cons: Had a toilet leak but they were great and resolved it the next morning I can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Home 2 Suites and to be honest I might start saying at all Home2 Suites because I had a great time and loved the location and that goes for our 8-9 families that stayed there as well."
"Rooms were actually decently-sized and had a nice layout. But ours was not clean. Especially the shower. And after a couple days when they came back to "clean" again, the shower was still untouched. Hair all over inside of it for our entire visit."
"Comfortable rooms, large TV, well equipped kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Breakfast buffet was no-frills, but good selection. Electrical outlets and USB power ports abound, and they actually work!"
"Had a really exceptional experience here - staff went above and beyond to help a complicated situation. Rooms were clean and modern with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, etc. Fun art on the property & ample charging outlets which was a nice touch. Pet friendly."
"Can't recommend. Stayed here in Sept 2023 for one night for business. Went to my room, the door was open and light on inside. I did not go in. Went to front desk was told that it was okay they just have problems with new cleaning staff. No, it is not okay, I am not entering a room where the door is open. Ask for a 2nd room. I go up, the pull out couch was left open. Seriously? At that point I gave up and went to sleep."
