"Great place is you own dogs. Heavily urine scented, dog poop everywhere, neighbors are chill but they will charge you for everything they can with no interest in reimbursing for anything they fall short on. A bit bitter on getting screwed over on my deposit for a 150 cleaning charge. I left the place spotless. Best of luck"

"Been living here for a year and have been enjoying it thus far. Staff is really friendly, Ashley always makes an effort to reach out and remembers all the residents by name. Steve is reliable when reaching out with a problem or inquiry, and Bryan the new maintenance staff member does his job quickly and efficiently with a smile. Cadia Crossing holds tons of events, such as pizza day, beer day etc.and it's quite enjoyable. The facility is overall pretty, however the bathroom in the gym is often dirty and some owners don't pick up after their dogs even though there is plenty of waste bins and bags provided throughout the premises. The young residents don't abide by quite hours especially on the weekends. The apartment is spacious and cozy an the rent was at a reasonable price. However, the rent just went up $150. The additional services, the $20 FETCH package service in particular, isn't necessary, as Amazon, FedEx, Walmart etc. seem to have no issues with deliveries. It is evident that the staff is working hard to improve and make all residents comfortable. And I would recommend any future residents to try Cadia Crossing out. Thank you for working hard."

"I absolutely love living at cadia crossing. The whole team is super responsive. Leann, Ashley and Steven in the office have been the best from day 1 and Brian is at my door to take care of any service requests same day and super polite and nice. The property is kept up so nice, the fitness center is huge and the pool is even heated in the winter. I love all the community events as well"

"I really love the maintenance here! It’s the best we have ever experienced! You can put a request in and the next day they will be at your door! They are also willing to educate you if you have anyone questions like for example our dishwasher needed to be fixed and I was asking Bryan on how to upkeep with it for next time and he answered all my questions! He was super friendly and honestly all the maintenance staff has been friendly and you can tell they love doing what they are doing! This is one of the reason we had renewed our lease because it is so hard to find a place that has an amazing maintenance team! Thank you so much to Bryan & to everyone on the maintenance team as well as the front office staff!!"

"Steven and Ashley at the leasing office/clubhouse are always friendly! Steven always makes it a habit to enjoy chats with the kids and I when we’re hanging out in the shared spaces. The amenities are enjoyable, and we enjoy the occasional perks (at the clubhouse) where Cadia Crossing has highlighted complimentary beer, pizza, etc! The kids always love stopping by to play a round of pool and to grab candy from the front desk!"
