"Thr end of my lease is coming up and it's been mostly wonderful. They were recently taken over by a new management company and they have started to cut down all of the bushes and plants. I've decided to end my lease and move to a new apartment because of this"

"Ever since Devin and the current girl came in service has been phenomenal. They're always willing to help, fast, accurate and have a great attitude. My only complaint is the grill in the back pool has never worked. The other grill is either constantly out or propane or filled with ashes from people using it inappropriately."

"I lived at Cambria for nearly three years, and overall, it was a really positive experience. I loved the floor plan of my apartment, the Amazon package lockers, having my own attached garage, and the amazing location! There were a lot of different managers during my time there. Some were more responsive than others, but the current managers were always communicative and friendly. Rent was very expensive compared to other places in the area, and that is ultimately why I left. But, I definitely enjoyed my time at Cambria and found it to be a nice place to live with a lot of perks. I would recommend it!"

"I’ve been to MANY apartment sites and I have to say this apartment complex is the best hands down !! From the time I walked in I got treated like ROYALTY!! Madison was so friendly, energetic, inviting and just overall a GREAT attitude. A lot of leasing agents can learn a lot from her! I’m overall highly satisfied , the community is just beautiful, top notch! I will highly recommend anyone to come visit and just tour and you’d be amazed !!! So much storage space, HUGE bathtub, just overall clean and absolutely beautiful!!! This is my top choice out of about 15 options."
