"I usually have a great experience at this location, but today was different. Just this week, I spent over $200 on print and lamination services. Today I went in and I needed help printing and laminating 4 items. I guess the associate behind the counter didn’t feel like helping me because she shoved their business card at me and told me that I needed to do it myself. I stood there struggling to figure out what to do while she helped everyone else around me. I finally just walked out and she still didn’t acknowledge me. I spoke to a manager who also didn’t seem to care about helping me. I was still at the store when I spoke to him and he didn’t even try to help. Shame because this was a good location."
