"When I moved here, the apartment complex was recently bought out by a different management company, AND Management, and I was apparently one of their first tenants. Due to this, all reviews prior to mine weren't applicable nor necessarily accurate. I'll admit that I had a bit of a rough start. When I moved into my apartment, there were some damages such as a broken ice maker, a burn mark on the carpet, a nonfunctional dryer, etc. While some damages they fixed rather quickly, others took months, which was quite frustrating. AND Management has since apologized for the delays and stated that it was because of various contractor issues. Maintenance issues aside, AND Management has otherwise been very responsive and has been meticulous in keeping the hallways, elevator, mail room, and other areas of the building clean. Moreover, the apartment building itself is modern, high quality, and spacious. The location is fantastic due to its high walkability and close distance to the streetcar and City Market, which makes going out and getting groceries incredibly convenient. All in all, I'd recommend this place as long as you can tolerate some occasionally slow maintenance repairs."

"There should be more good reviews about this place. I lived here for a year before having to leave the city. Cindy is the absolute best. Maintenance is quick, she is very easy to get a hold of and super down to earth. They are always looking out for your best interest, I never felt at odds with management for even a moment. Great apartments, great location (only a block away from the City Market) and very close to a street car stop which gets you downtown in about 7 minutes."
