"The only thing I have to say is they need to tell people about the little thing. You put your card in to make the power in the room work when you check in. It took me thirty minutes to figure out how to get the power to come on. Other than that, it's very nice room."
"This Holiday Inn is the worst I've ever stayed at and I travel for a living. I stay at Holiday Inns enough to be a platinum elite member so I've been to more than several. First checking in no one is at the front desk and i had to go physically find someone to get any help checking in. Next, we get to our room and the toilet doesnt flush. Had to call the front desk 3 times to get that fixed. Then leave for an evening meal and construction workers have the entrance blocked with their personal vehicles so you can't park. Have to wait 30 minutes to even get back in the hotel after going in twice to the office to ask vehicles to be moved. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. I would give zero stars if possible."
"Worst hotel stay in a long time. Upon arrival the front desk receptionist was rude and it was apparent that me showing up to check in was an inconvenience to her. When I finally got to my room (1 hr. later) it was ok. I took a shower that night and noticed that the room had no shampoo or body wash, and the shower hardly drained. After asking for soap three times, I went down the road and bought my own. I travel for work quite often and use IHG hotels for the points. I will never be staying here again. "Mid Feb 2024""
"Sorry to say but this is one of the worst places we’ve stayed in for a long time. The main complaint is the heat. The room has a large furnace in the corner of the room. We had to set it on 80* to keep the room comfortable. However every time it kicked on it blew cold air for the first 5 minutes , It’s also very noisy . The breakfast was terrible , I don’t recommend it. We wanted to swim but the pool was closed by health department when we got here. The next day they opened the pool but when we got in it the water was so cold we couldn’t swim in it. We don’t recommend it to anyone."
"It was 3 star could be 4 few changes. The lights in bathroom was rusty room coul use coat of new pain . Shower head didn't work . The hallway are nice and clean and bright. The staff super nice . The breakfast was good and hot . Overall if u get it for $100 or less it worth it. Super close to air port"
