"My stay was great the rooms are wonderful. My issue is management. When I walked into the lobby yesterday there was one young lady working by herself at the front desk. She was getting berated by some old pompous man because the hotel lost his reservation. They lost all of our reservations. Chiefs were playing the next day so I understand the system overload. My issue is WHY would you leave a young woman alone to deal with people like this?? She was brought to tears by something she was trying to fix ALONE. You Let this RUDE old man yell at her. She was pushed to walk out, I would have too after being yelled at by customers for 5 minutes straight, and then magically appears other employees when she’s gone. Treat your employees better!!!"

"Where to start? I always choose a hotel and try to give them the benefit of the doubt from the start. This place just crumbled bit by bit. Starting off the front desk was incredibly friendly. I started off by going into the M club to grab some snacks/drinks. It blows my mind as a Platinum Elite member the snacks offered were plain lays potatoes chips and a bruised banana. They offered beer, wine and liquor for a (hefty) fee. Makes me want to switch back to Hilton where the clubs have free beer/wine in the evenings. The room was remodeled but showing age for sure. After almost calling the front desk to switch rooms I realized the shower just took shout 3 good minutes to get warm water. After the shower, I realized it was leaking and the floor was nearly flooded. Top that off with incredibly slow internet that made me sign in 5 times (it’s 2024 do we really need to charge for internet) and I will guarantee my business trips will happen at a different Marriott from now on. I would give it 3 stars. Not horrible, not great, just average…..and forgettable."
