"This hotel feels like Las Vegas! Top notch luxury with a gorgeous lobby and bar! It's beautiful and trendy, and the service is fantastic! We stayed here when we visited for the NFL AFC Wildcard game. All the media and other important figures stayed here. It was definitely the place to be. They have a restaurant, Café, and market. We were able to use the state-of-the-art gym. Also, I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. There is a spacious bar next to the lobby. With lots of seating for groups big and small. The location is fantastic. Close to everything. Only 15 minutes from Arrowhead. We were able to walk to many nearby restaurants. Our room was very nice and clean. It felt spacious. Very comfortable beds. I believe you can request a microwave if needed. They had coffee and a mini fridge in the room. Daily water bottles as well. It's a great stay!"

"Had an amazing stay at the hotel for a work conference. The check in was fast with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The rooms are sparkling clean, with updated everything, comfortable beds and pillows, and a shower with perfect water pressure and amenities. The conference area was spacious and well catered, and kept stocked and spotless. The bar downstairs made great cocktails before our journey to J Rieger. I'd recommend this hotel for work or pleasure! Side note, I left a prize behind in a conference area and it was immediately put behind the front desk for me to retrieve later that weekend."

"Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The grab and go restaurant was closed after my daughter got done at the cheer party and they opened it just so she could get a snack. Then her pillow got left on accident, they found it, reached out and are sending it back. It is a personalized pillow for my daughter so it means everything to her. I will stay at this hotel whenever going to KC!"

"Stopped in to check the place out after passing it nearly daily on my way to work. I recommend checking out their bar/restaurant even if you're just walking in off the street. Their cocktail selection is great and the food really delivered above my expectations. Their little coffee and bakery is also a must go. Best coffee I've had in a while and their croissants are locally made and to die for."

"Didn’t get the king size city view room that I reserved. The hotel did right and credited our bill. The double room with the view of performing arts wasn’t bad although I Bet the city view was spectacular. Our room was clean and comfy, so was the hotel itself. The room was comfortable. It would have been better if the toilet had a door and the bathroom had double sinks. Great location two blocks from the street car That will take you from one end of the city to the other less than 10 minutes. and Crossroads neighborhood. Bit of an uphill walk, returning from Power and Lights three blocks away. I am all about the valet. When we arrived, it was full. I was kind of taking it back by having to go to public parking, but it ended up being right down the street and way cheaper. It was a good walk after traveling all day."
