"This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever experienced. The room looks exactly like how it looks in the pictures posted online, the problem with the pictures is that it doesn’t show how disgustingly dirty it is. I couldn’t even get myself to take my shoes off… I didn’t even spend an hour there before I went running out. I should have left when I walked into that front foyer area with its heavy smell of cigarette smoke that they tried to mask with fabuloso… Even the gentlemen at the front desk seemed surprised that I was getting a room there & it’s because he knew that those room were deplorable. Do yourself a favor & don’t waste your time & money…"

"Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water for the first day and a half but the weather was so unbelievably cold. It was really out of their hands to be fair. They got it fixed as quickly as they could and the staff was always friendly and pleasant. The breakfast had a great selection for the money the cost was reasonable and I would stay here again"

"Stayed at this hotel on 1/5/24. The photos online seemed ok. We totally got cat fished! Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Smelled musty. Sheets had yellow stains, every pillow had someone else’s hair on it and they were terribly lumpy. There was a dried booger on the wall in front of the toilet, hot water in shower didn’t work in my colleagues room. Overall TERRIBLE experience. Promptly checked out the following morning and found a Hilton Garden Inn instead to stay at for the second night. HORRIBLE."

"This was without a doubt the worst room I have ever stayed in. The sheets and pillow cases did not appear to be fresh, as there was hair all over them. The same with the towels. The room seemed to still be under construction with missing covers from switches and sockets. I do not believe a vacuum has ever touched the carpet. Why dust the furniture? The front desk staff were rude, and unwelcoming. Also, bright and early the construction crew who are doing something on the 3rd floor, begin playing their music at 0700. I have stayed in several Microtel hotels in the past, and this is a piss poor excuse for the brand. The Microtel corporate will be getting a call. Hopefully these owners lose the rights to the name. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"The rooms are very small. The room was clean, but the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was clean, but there was a crack in the ceiling. They are close to the airport and provide free shuttle service and you can leave your vehicle there. The TV was great and they offer free wifi. They also offer a breakfast buffet, but we left too early to try it. The staff was friendly and helpful."
