SpringHill Suites by Marriott Kansas City Airport

"Bathroom door won’t close/lock TV was stuck on full volume and the remote couldn’t change it. Turning it off and on resulted in a settings bar being on the bottom of the screen constantly. Staff were not helpful in fixing it Had a simple mixup with stay dates and the manager was abrasive immediately and refused to help find a reasonable solution in any way. Had an awful grin the whole time too, disgusting service. Will be avoiding staying with them in the future"

"We wanted a pool for swimming. And that's just what we got. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly at every interaction."

"Hotel was clean. The staff was amazingly attentive. Breakfast was good. Bad side: super soft water. My husband compared it to slime inside an alien pod. (He really wanted me to write that) Also if you are a family the layout is horrible. The bathroom door is partial see through and right in front of the bed so if your toddler is sleeping you cannot turn on the light in the bathroom."

"We love this hotel! It was our first visit, we were very impressed with our lovely room. Its one of the cleanest i have ever places I have ever stayed, the bedding all smelled freshly laundered. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, and we loved that they offer so many cable channels, plus HBO, and had streaming available. I suspect the rooms are sound proof, we didnt hear people talking, doors opening and closing, tv's, or any other noise while in our room, love that! The office area in the suite is set up well, loved that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We will be staying here on our future visits to Kansas City."

"Nice newer building with really nice rooms. Breakfast is good. The building has elevators and a saltwater pool we swam in. Walking distance to convenience store and multiple restaurants."
