"Horrible experience! Parking was a joke. Parking lot WAY too small. Our room was always chilly, regardless of the temp. Metal bed frames were weird. 2nd room had issues with shower - regulating, reversed temps, faucet pulled out. Breakfast had NO grab and go food at all - just cereal dispensers, bread to toast, waffles to make, yogurt which was gone. Stayed there 4 nights while at show at KCI Expo. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I was very disappointed. There was no parking because they do park and ride to the airport when have limited parking to begin with. The room was very dingy. The tub in the bathroom didn't have a stopper, so I was unable to take a bath. They guest across the hall had two rooms and their kids were up playing in the hall till after midnight. The whole 3rd floor reeked of pot and cigarette smok. I will never return."

"This hotel was disgusting. The floors in the bathroom had urine, rust , black mold, and dirty. The floors were not vacuumed. I complained and sent an email to the manager Sam Patel. He said he could take 40% off of my room. Unacceptable for this room. I requested a full refund and he refused. I'm attaching these photos and you decide if you would stay there! I will never stay at a Days Inn at Wyndham. Customer service is terrible."

"You get what you pay for, so keep that in mind. Paid for a 1 bed suite and by the time we got to the hotel, they didn't have any. Ended up having to settle for a 2 queen room. Got into the room to find out it was absolutely freezing in there. Outside temperature was mid 20's and the room window was wide open. The rooms HVAC looked as though it was burned, but upon closer inspection, it had been spray painted. Photo included. Entire hotel smells of weed. Elevator just did not feel safe and ended up using the stairs after the first time. This is a 2 star hotel for a reason, so don't go in expecting Hilton like atmosphere. Will likely never use them again though."

"I recently stayed there and use their park and fly program and the hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was more than helpful. Brought me back-and-forth to the airport very fast Service a nice hot option for breakfast. Was able to come back from the airport quickly and retrieve my vehicle and get on my way home back to Branson so I will definitely use them again in the future."
