"Don't feel bad. She's really bad at answering emails. I filed out an application for Clarion Park Estates,which is another complex of theirs and I didn't hear from her back in two weeks. I called her and she said she had other things she needed to get done and to wait until she contacted me. She eventually did, but I wish she never had. We signed the contract and are now living there, but everything is so cheap quality. None of the doors shut all the way because the wood has swollen, cabinets are coming apart due to the wood being so cheap. This place is just not what it seems like. I would probably rent a place like this for 600 dollars after seeing the quality of it. Also, I have never seen appliances more cheap than these, I didn't know they even made stoves without a clock anymore. Also the garage door and the front door are made of some type of material that they feel like burning when is hot outside. So the garage feels like an oven in the summer. We'll see about the winter, it will probably feel like an igloo. So please do not stay at any of these duplexes...you won't get your money's worth."

"Went to see the duplex two weeks ago and loved it, filled the application out and sent it back to Alisha. She hasn't contacted me back in nearly a week since sending it. I've emailed and called and left messages and cannot get an answer. We really liked the duplex and the neighborhood and would have loved to move in, but apparently they don't want to rent it out. Edit: she got back to us and because we lacked long term employment due to me being a substitute teacher and having to find work through the summer and him being a veteran and just getting home we didn't have the length they needed. Apparently 4 years in the military doesn't count."
