"I have this 1 star but could have been 4. We stayed on our way to Texas and the main complaint I had was no good place to walk and pottie our 14 year old Springer Spaniel. Also, they put us on the second floor which was not good. Another big issue was illegals hanging out drinking in the parking lot which did not feel safe at all. When I cancelled our night there for our return trip, there was no refund! And I cancelled 5 days in advance! I would have been fine losing 1/2. Not cool. Would not recommend."
"This plate is not a good place to stay stolen my money the people have no respect so rude here the stolen company money knowing my company pay them early this stolen 800 bucks out of my bank no reason knowing my coming paid them They refuse give me my receipt they refuse give me the supervisor. Oh a manager of the business to talk to them about this situation. I would never stay at this hotel never my life I'm willing to stay at Motel 6."
"Just a very meh stay. I think I just expect a little more from Marriott properties. Check in was ok, training a new guy. Did t get a room upgrade, but no problem. Get in the room and the first thing i see is food debris in the kitchen sink (see pics). I don't know if it backed up or if the dish washer backed up, but still not pleasant. I call front desk and they did offer to move me, but I alreadt had all my stuff so I asked if they could just send someone up to the care of it. Maintenance guy comes by and runs the water and the disposal and said everything looked good and I has to explain that was great but I still needed someone to clean up the sink. He did his best on it and I appreciated that at least. In the morning the breakfast was terrific. The morning desk lady (tattoos on hands is only thing I could say to distinguish her) spent half an hour visiting with a contractor staying there and I guess doing some maintenance too? Missed some phone calls and as soon as the second lady arrived she went outside for a smoke break, like 10 feet from the entrance. So all in all just wasn't super impressed."
"I stayed here for five months completing a project in the area. My coworkers and I were amazed that Marriott still allows their name on this facility. Here’s the rundown I collected during my stay: Housekeeping unmanaged: housekeeping did a generally adequate job, when you could beg them to your room. They commonly missed my room taking up to 12 days to clean the room at times. Bugs: moths, flies, pill bugs, spiders, silverfish, cricket. Bought fly swatter & insecticide for room. I slaughtered 107 pill bugs, 4 spies, 12 flies, 2 silverfish, 1 cricket, and countless moths. Inadequate gym: half of the weights missing, broken a/c the entire 5 months!, no exercise ball or mats, usually out of towels and water, cleaned monthly. I had to buy my own exercise ball and mat for my room. The place is literally falling apart: cracks in sheet rock/plaster, cabinets falling apart, water leaks, fire doors that don’t close, stained carpets, furniture, and linens. They are remodeling now but taking a “lipstick on a pig” approach. Never could get the billing / receipt automated resulting in nearly weekly calls requesting receipts for expensing purposes. Towards the end of our stay, they randomly raised our rates without telling us and would not reverse them per our agreement. Basically, this place is a mismanaged dump and should be avoided."
"This place was terrible. The worst Marriott I have ever stayed. The plug in our bath didn’t work so you couldn’t take a bath. A lot of riff raft hanging around outside. Didn’t feel safe going out to the car after dark. Bathroom door didn’t close. Rooms are extremely small! If you are a family I wouldn’t suggest the king with sofa bed. Extremely tiny! No paper towels available in the kitchenette. Closet doors don’t latch so they kept coming open. Bedding for the sofa bed wasn’t placed in a plastic bag like it should have been. It was just thrown in a box in the room. No pillows for the sofa bed. Don’t even get me started on the breakfast. I would plan on eating out. Horrible selection. This place needs a makeover. It’s absolutely terrible. I reserved with points but now I wish I had booked somewhere else. I will never stay here again. Wasted points! I have posted pictures below. This is what you are paying $200 a night for folks!"
