"When we arrived there were multiple trucks and a trailer parked on our reserved pad and we had to ask them to move. I was required to sign a big long rule list to make my reservation but I saw every single rule broken by the people beside us. No wifi. No management. Dumped at a different pad because the neighbor took our sewer. Weird experience."

"If you want a no fuss place to lay your head, this is the place. I have lived at 5 dovetail parks in the last 5 years. This was by far the most care free place I have stayed. They even let me leave my trailer parked there for several days after I moved on few of charge. Great people! Safe place!"

"This place is conveniently located next to TA truck stop. This is a great one night stop. Full hookups, grab gas and dinner close by. We went to the time out bar. But the grass definitely needed mowed. It appeared to be a couple weeks. The mosquitos are bad. So keep doors open to a minimum. Give us a thumbs up if this helps you."

"The site was okay, but when we got there the smell from the stockyard across the highway was so bad that we could not stay there. Tried to reach out to the park to cancel reservation because it was unbearable and couldn’t reach anyone. I requested a refund because we did not stay there and so far have not gotten one. If you can stand the smell, stay there. If not, go somewhere else."

"Actual site was not bad. Nice concrete pad and hook ups all worked. There were sharp pieces of steel all over the parking lot from rock that was recently dumped. Not sure how many flat tires have resulted. Owners don't live local and don't answer the phone."
