"Staff was awesome and helpful. The room price correlates with location and the room itself needed some TLC. I don’t know if that’s every room however, with travel experience, if my room looked the way it did then more than likely the rest of the floor is the same."

"Kim was atthe front desk and she was amazing! Service was great and housekeeping was wonderful. We loved that it was a different breakfast every day. I found the pool a little too cold to enjoy. Couldn't seem to warm up no matter how long I was in it even in the middle of summer. This location doesn't have a hot tub and the room was smaller then I would have liked. But for the price it wasn't bad and the excellent help was wonderful"

"I normally don't write reviews, but our experience here was pretty terrible this past Friday night. The complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke... there was a large group of gymnasts and their families in town for the state gymnastics meet, and there was literally no hot food when we went to eat at 7am. We had to leave by 7:35, and there was still no hot food. Our gymnast was hoping for a nice balanced breakfast, and it was non-existent. The one gal "working" the breakfast area seemed annoyed there were so many people there, and she was not friendly at all (or in a hurry to make more food). The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy. It would wake me up every time it kicked on. My kids slept through it, but if you are a light sleeper - beware. Lastly, there was hair stuck to the tile walls of the shower (which I didn't notice until I was already in the shower), and there was a small amount of trash left in trash cans from the previous guests. Just makes me think they skip corners during the cleaning process. Giving 2 stars only because the front desk staff was friendly and the beds/pillows were decent."
