"Nice place to stop when travelling though not much to see. The rooms were comfy with big TV and good Wi-Fi. Good hot low carb keto breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausages. They had waffle maker as well."

"It was a bitter sweet when staying. I lived in garden city ks and my husband was relocated so I was here dealing with the moving company they got done late and the road were wet from snow earlier so I decided to stay another.night and hit the road in the morning. Reggie zeanhin was amazing I came in teary eye from saying good bye to neighbors and friends. He ask if I was a local and I told him yes but no and told him what was going on he didn't give any hell I told him we have a new address and he said cool I'll need to leave a note and explain what's going on he was so good to me and amazing especially with this being a sad day for to say good by to our home! I told my husband how good Reggie has been to me and making my last night in garden city not as sad. I will definitely be back when we find someone to buy our home and do the closing thank you again Reggie for making saying good bye to garden not as bad. The room was clean and everything you is close."

"Unfortunately I found a pubic hair in my sheets. So i was not able to comfortably sleep under the sheets. I layed on top of bedding with my clothes on. The toilet was not clean . TV is out of date/old. Room smelled stale."

"What kind of hotel has 1 -ONE ice machine for 3 floors of rooms- but vending machines on every floor?? No Internet for a week- I had to spend $200 to just work or watch tv.. the bathtub has a hole in it that was improperly fixed with some spaco.. the downstairs room was flooded more than once & no one even asked to check on the above room (mine) for reasons why it was flooding. I realized the caulk/spaco was actually still a crack in the tub later. The hotel doesn’t salt their lot or sidewalks after it snows- lasted for a week. I slipped & hurt my back to where I missed work. Breakfast is never on time. …But you’ll see staff just sitting in the dark office on their phone so they don’t deal with people. SOME of (I won’t say all) the staff particularly Michelle, is just simply rude & confrontational for nothing. I’ve done customer service for YEARS but now live out of hotels for work. So I know how it goes. I am always on the road with my crew for work. So we’re a rather large account. Even with a group staying long term- this hotel staff definitely does not appreciate business & so I can honestly say most of the staff here won’t care about you either. We won’t be back after Christmas. Stay somewhere else."

"Very outdated. Some construction work on the parking lot really had guests parking all messed up. It was a tight and congested parking space to start with. Inside there was only one ice machine to be found and it was in the lobby hallway. A trip from the third floor. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but not outstanding. The "grab and go" breakfast was not to be found as it shut down minutes before the cut off time. From the looks of the set up we lucked out by missing grab and go breakfast. We had several stays in Comfort Inns on this trip. Found them very inconsistent with regards to facility condition. For the price I expected more and hoped for more each time but usually left disappointed. The staff and employees however were friendly and professional at all the locations we visited. They seem to do what they can with what they have."
