"Had a good night's rest. The room was great (spacious and clean), the front desk staff was professional, welcoming, and polite. Checked in quickly. Conveniently located to restaurants, fuel, and a car wash if needed. Would stay again if out this way again. And I would recommend the place to others as well."

"If I could give less than 1 star I would. My family was travelling yesterday and were an hour out from the hotel, so I went directly to their website and booked a room with two queen beds. I received email confirmation. When we arrived, exhausted, with children in tow, at almost midnight, I was told my reservation had been cancelled because they didn’t have any of those rooms open, that booking a room through their website was as unreliable as booking through a third party, and that she could do nothing to help me. She had a king suite available that would sleep all of us, but I’d have to pay the rate for that room, which was almost $100 more. She said she had no control to modify that. We were literally going to sleep in the room for 8 hours, get up and leave to continue our trip. Frustrated, we left and took our business down the street.. At midnight, after unpacking our car and hauling everyone inside because we thought we had a room waiting for us. Terrible customer service. They’d rather leave rooms empty than fix a problem they created. I don’t understand it."

"We reserved a 2-queen room on the Sleep Inn website, then drove 5 hrs with plans to stay at this hotel (as a stop on our way to Colorado). We arrived at midnight, and the person working behind the desk said there were no 2-queen rooms available. We showed her our email confirmation from their website, and she said there was nothing they could do. Then, she offered us a single king room for $50 more than what we had paid for their non-existent 2-queen room! Horrible service, and unreliable reservation system. Would not recommend this particular hotel to anyone."

"It was a pleasant visit. Service was good and friendly. Rooms were neat and clean. Walls are a bit thin so noise travels and the kids in the room upstairs kept me awake most nights but apart from that the place itself was great."

"What a beautiful property. The lobby was so clean and inviting. Beautiful decorations all over and a yummy breakfast in the morning. For the first time in a while, i found a hotel that provides a tastey breakfast. Our room was spacious, and the jet tub was so deep. The bed was very comfortable, and the right amount of soft and firm at the same time"
