"This Garden city Rent a Center is a joke , the whole team are not on the same page I did have trouble with them already but i called 1/16/23 for my refund and they told me it has to be in cash so I didn't come in that day I told my husband to go on 1/17/22 so he went inside and they told him that they already gave me the refund back on the credit card Maria the DM said she did which she didn't . I had it with these people .. I wish i never done bossiness with them at all the workers are rude and unorganized , I'm still waiting for my head bored since 11/26/22 I was told I would pay for my bed set when I got all my item's but they still asked for the bed payment and still waiting for my foot bored since i ordered it on black Friday sale NO stars"
