"Garden spot rentals are slumlords, their apartments aren't in great shape and when you move out they charge you for whatever they can and send it to collections. When you try to offer a settlement they reject it and demand the full balance. They're greedy, not friendly, and do not care about their residents. Also very slow at responding to work orders. Trust all these reviews, I would never rent from them again or refer anyone to them this is the worst place you could rent from."
