"I Love living here. The apartment is nice and clean and appliances work well. The location is the best part, it’s easy to walk anywhere in crossroads or take a streetcar to get all around KC. Despite being downtown, it is usually quiet, the windows and walls do a great job muting the sounds of construction and motorists to a very manageable level. You may occasionally find a homeless person digging through the dumpsters or have a broken car window in the parking lot, but I think some of the negative reviews here are exaggerated. I’ve lived in other KC neighborhoods and these things happen occasionally wherever you seem to go. That’s just part of living downtown for me. Although I wouldn’t be mad if surface lot parking was less expensive. Maintenance for me has always been a quick turnaround, and Danny, who does most of the work, is very friendly and professional while doing his job."

"I really enjoyed living here because of the 16’ ceilings and plenty of natural light. The location is great because you only have to walk 2 blocks to get to the streetcar stop. The rent was also very reasonable. However, the biggest con is the fact that my car got broken into as well as 5 others all in one night. Hearing from residents who have been here longer, they said that this has happened frequently. The parking lot only has a light, no gate/garage or patrol at night. I’ve also placed maintenance requests which haven’t been completed in several weeks. The office staff is always friendly and says it will get done, but it hasn’t been."

"Great location. Extremely walkable. The terrace is great common space for having a drink with friends, or pre-gaming for First Friday. Super cool downtown living, and I have to say that the management is very attentive and maintenance is usually super quick to address any issues."

"Excellent Crossroads location, just 2.5 blocks away from a street car stop. There’s a couple of different vibes throughout the building - the 2nd and 3rd floors have some industrial features with tall concrete ceilings where the 4th and 5th floors have a perfectly polished vibe and private balconies. I’m a fan of the in unit laundry, eco bee smart thermostat, and storage space in the kitchen. Be sure to check out the fitness center on the 1st floor and the outdoor space on the 4th floor."
