"I want to give a shout out to S2. I finally decided that losing weight was a priority and I needed to get a scan. I had never been in a S2 store and was very unsure on what to expect. As soon as I walked into the store I felt welcomed and was helped by very knowledgable staff. They answered all my questions and even gave us a sample of Element protein to see if we liked the taste before we purchased. We left very impressed! But there is more, within a week I received a handwritten note from Paula thanking us for coming in and if we had questions to reach out! This demonstrated the care that we felt on day one. Every time I go back in, I am greeted by name and they are so encouraging about my journey. To say I am pleased is an understatement! Thank you S2"
