"This store has the worse system for taking on-site donations. The ally behind it is either cluttered or junked up. From one entrance, the ally is so tore up that it's impossible to enter without falling in a pot hole or tearing up one's car. The front entrance doesn't encourage donations as there's no designated drop off point. Too bad. I will just drop off and shop elsewhere."
"One of the worst thrift stores in the metro area. They staple the price tags to the clothes, which puts damaging holes in the clothes and makes it very hard to see the tag for the clothing item. The quality of merchandise is low even for a thrift store and very overpriced."
"I went into this thrift store to look at Clarence items only. They had a large rack as soon as I walked in the door that said 50% off all Christmas pajamas. I picked up two shirts took them to the counter and the lady charged me full price, when I asked why she said we don't consider them pajamas if they have sizes on them!!! WHAT???!!! I brought to her attention they were on the 50% off Christmas rack, AND CLEARLY HAD A CHRISTMAS ANIMATED PICTURE ON THE FRONT,she didn't care, she was very adamant they were full price. I paid the price she requested and I will NEVER return to this thrift store again!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
"Clean, organized, the deals were awesome and the staff, the staff was top notch. Today was my first time being there and we will definitely be going back! 5 pairs of pants 7 shirts 1 jumper 1 skirt 3 pairs of boy shorts 3 boy shirts 1 hoop earrings 1 cute glasses case 1 pair sandals 1 pair of clogs $150"
