Ross Dress for Less

"I have visited more than a few Ross stores over the years (both local, and out-of-state), and I've got to say that this store is the cleanest and tidiest one I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I have a genetic condition that limits my ability to shoe shop, in stores (and, often end up having to be returned). However, whenever I go into this location 99% of the shoes are exactly where they're supposed to be. I've honestly never seen a more organised store. To boot, the staff are always happy to help answer my questions, and I've noticed the managers are quick to help out their cashiers, by jumping on registers when it gets busy. It's a great store, and always my first pick!"

"First let me start by saying (when I describe individuals I’m posting about, I’m only describing looks, ethnicity, etc) because I am unsure of any of the employees names… Unfortunately. The manager here is awesome! He’s always welcoming and friendly every time I come in, which is quite often. However, with him being a nice person with great customer service I cannot see how he hires the absolute laziest and rudest employees ever! The only* employee who is friendly is the lady with the turban at the register. Sadly today I had to witness her being treated poorly all because she asked another coworker to open the bathroom for me. The other coworker (heavier-set Caucasian woman) completely brushed her off and ignored her. The lady at the register proceeds to ask another coworker (an older lady with an accent) who walked away from her and said no I’m on break. The tone was so rude. Finally the heavier set woman moves from slouching over the counter to go open the restroom for me.. proceeded to tell me I cannot take my paid for items in there.. so I asked if she would watch them or js going to. She replied “no I have better and other things to do”. It’s definitely time for the manager to find some new employees who aren’t so miserable and lazy."

"Love Ross go at least once a week if you find something get it want be there when you get back all the stores are neat except the one on 95th street it's a mess I do a day and visit multiple stores lots of fun"

"I have went to this location for years with no problem. A manager named Amber was beyond rude! The store opened 10 minutes late today. I called the store at 10:07 to ask if they were open today . I was told they were just running behind and the doors would be open soon. As soon as I went through the doors I was informed there was no change. I asked if I would be able to get an extra percentage off my purchase for waiting. Before I could finish asking she snapped no with an eye roll ‘No you can not’. I was not demanding a discount but would think it’s the customer service thing to do when the store is 10 minutes late opening, doesn’t have any change, and the place still a mess from the other day(still sweeping at 10:30). Amber went back and forth with me after I told her she was being rude she told me ‘you can go to another store’. A person like Amber should not be in customer service especially as a manager."
